At Prana Millets, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of our products.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns within India. Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Average delivery time is 3-5 business days

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated delivery times, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, strikes). We will notify you of any significant delays as soon as possible.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Prana Millets is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if the package is unclaimed, we will notify you via email. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-ship the package.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged during shipping or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date . We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
